DEPUTY HEADTEACHER
All Saints Carshalton C of E Primary School
Leadership salary L10 (currently £62,703) to L14 (currently £68,749)
We are seeking to recruit a highly organised, caring and skilled senior leader for our successful primary school.
Since 1969, All Saints has been at the heart of the community and we continue to be a happy and high achieving school to this day.

You will:
- identify with the Christian mission and ethos of our school and its 50 years of history
- be a competent and strategic leader with a proven track record of school improvement, including raising the quality of teaching and learning
- be passionate about providing high quality leadership and developing these skills further
- be able to develop effective partnerships with staff, governors, parents and the wider community in order to help shape the future direction of the school
- be aspirational for both our school and yourself
- be able to think reflectively and creatively
