“I began my career in education over 20 years ago as an administrative assistant at St Luke’s School.  After earning my Certificate in School Business Management, I became School Business Manager for St Luke’s (and for 10 years, also seconded to Christ Church Streatham School).  In April 2024, I joined the central team to support finance operations as well as to support Office Managers and School Business Managers in other schools joining the Trust.  Over the past six years, I have been participating in an Open University Open Degree, focusing on marketing, finance, strategic planning, and leadership, originally to strengthen my skills as a School Business Manager.  Now I am combining my new knowledge and previous experience in my new dream role as the Trust’s Business and Marketing Lead, helping schools with their marketing and business systems.”
