Inclusion Leader/Class Teacher- St Paul's Primary Southwark
We are looking to appoint an experienced, qualified Inclusion Leader who is committed and driven to ensure that all children achieve to the best of their abilities. The successful candidate will have a passion for working with SEN pupils along with experience and knowledge of latest government initiatives. They will have the ability to lead by example, using their skills to coach and support our staff team in being able to provide the best possible SEND offer for pupils with SEND across the school. They will be supportive of the school’s Christian values of Faith, Hope and Love and will be excited about playing an integral part in shaping the future of the school and the wider school community.
This role will come with a class teaching responsibility and the successful candidate will also be part of the school senior leadership team.
The successful candidate will:
· Be an experienced, qualified Inclusion Leader holding the NASENCO award.

· Be fully committed to raising achievement for all pupils
· Promote the values of the school through the planned leadership of collective worship
· Supporting the Headteacher in monitoring the appraisal policy, procedures and outcomes for staff in the school
· Be responsible for the day-to-day management of staff as agreed with the Headteacher
· To work be part of the SLT, Governors and Middle Leaders to work strategically to raise standards
The post holder will also undertake any professional duties of the Headteacher reasonably delegated to the post-holder by the Headteacher.
