For Our Staff

Nominate A Colleague

We love celebrating the people who make our schools and Trust community stronger.

Has a member of staff in your school, or our central team, gone over and above? If so, please tell us. We would love to hear who you are nominating, what they did, and the difference it made for pupils, colleagues, families, or the wider community.

Anyone can nominate anyone, whether that is a colleague, line manager, support staff member, volunteer, or someone in our central team.

All nominations are reviewed by the Trust Senior Management Team. If a nomination is successful, we will write to the colleague to thank them, and we will also share their story across the Trust and on our website (with the right permissions in place).

If your nomination relates to a member of the Trust Senior Management Team, it will be shared with the Chair of the Trust Board.

Working Party Membership

Across the Trust, we regularly form working parties to focus on specific aspects of our work and consider how we might strengthen or improve them.

By selecting the areas below that match your skills or interests, you are letting us know that you would be open to contributing should a working party be formed in that area of Trust life.

Trust Development Responsbilities

Our strategic plan sets out a clear roadmap for where we are heading, across both the educational and operational aspects of the organisation.  To help us get there, we are keen to create opportunities for colleagues to take on additional, funded responsibilities. You would remain in your current role, but may be seconded or commissioned for a fixed period to help lead or develop a particular area of work.

These opportunities may be short term, perhaps a day, or longer term, up to a year, depending on the focus. By selecting the relevant areas below, you signal your interest in being approached should we need someone to lead or support a specific strand of Trust development aligned to your skills and experience.

Trust. In Change - Funded Career Change Pathways

Are you considering a change in career within the Trust? For example, moving from teaching assistant to teacher, or from Office Manager into the HR team.

This pathway is for colleagues who would like to explore a different direction, perhaps building on experience gained earlier in their career or developing an area where they already have some working knowledge. Where there is a need across the Trust, we will look to support colleagues to take a structured and supported step into something new.

Same Role - Different School

Circumstances change. You may be relocating, or simply keen to gain experience in a different setting.

By sharing your current role and preferred working location, we can contact you to explore potential opportunities should suitable roles arise elsewhere in the Trust.
