The way we teach early reading at St George’s has transformed and was a significant contributing factor to our positive Ofsted report this year.  All staff have now been fully trained and we have a consistent approach which gives our pupils the best possible start.

The support I receive from the Trust is just superb.

From my very first meetings with MAT leaders, I was encouraged to view the Central Team as part the extended leadership team at St George’s. This is exactly how it has felt. I feel like we have a team beyond our four walls, and we are part of a larger supportive unit. There have been numerous occasions I have made phone calls or sent emails and every time I have been afforded time, expertise, and support.

I am excited for the journey ahead for St George’s, and also my team and I, as we support others across the Trust family to flourish as we have.
