I began my career in education over 20 years ago as an administrative assistant at St Luke’s School. After earning my Certificate in School Business Management, I stepped into the role of School Business Manager at St Luke’s. For 10 of those years, I was also seconded to Christ Church Streatham, as well as supporting Office Managers in other schools.   In June 2018, both schools, along with St Leonard’s, joined the Trust. I believe that the Trust shares the same vision as the schools: to provide children not only with a high-quality education but also with the opportunity to thrive and develop as whole individuals.

In April 2024, I joined the central team to support finance operations, a role I’ve enjoyed. It’s been incredibly rewarding to assist new office managers with their budgets and financial processes, as well as supporting the onboarding of three new schools joining the Trust.  Over the past six years, I’ve been participating in an Open University Open Degree, focusing on marketing, finance, strategic planning, and leadership. Although I originally began this journey to strengthen my skills as a School Business Manager, I’m now combining my new knowledge and previous experience in my new dream role as the Trust’s Business and Marketing Lead. The Trust has consistently supported my professional development and encouraged me to follow my passions, especially in marketing, photography, and systems.

I firmly believe that everyone working in education plays a vital role in impacting our staff, learners, and their families. I’m proud to contribute by capturing the spirit of our schools through photography, whether it’s documenting special events or highlighting the incredible learning taking place every day. I also support schools with marketing initiatives and the implementation of new systems. What I love most about my role is its variety: one day I might be photographing pupils learning to sail, and the next I’m assisting schools to onboard or better utilise systems that drive efficiency and foster collaboration amongst the schools.
