New Staff Induction Partner
About the Opportunity
We are seeking expressions of interest from colleagues who would like to support the induction and integration of new back-office staff joining the Trust.
This role will help ensure that colleagues joining central and school-based support functions feel welcomed, connected and confident in understanding how the Trust operates. Working alongside central team colleagues, you will help new staff navigate our systems, structures, processes and ways of working.
It is anticipated that this responsibility would require approximately one day during each half term, although this may vary depending on recruitment activity.
The Role
You will:
· Support the induction and integration of new back-office staff across the Trust.
· Help colleagues understand our systems, processes and organisational structures.
· Act as a friendly point of contact during the early stages of employment.
· Signpost colleagues to key resources, training and support.
· Help identify opportunities to strengthen and improve our induction arrangements.
About You
You will:
· Have a strong understanding of how the Trust operates.
· Be approachable, organised and supportive.
· Enjoy helping colleagues develop confidence and understanding in their roles.
· Be committed to ensuring new staff have a positive experience when joining the Trust.
